• Manage day-to-day benefit administration to include change reporting, claims resolution, entering deductions and updating payroll and benefit systems, reconcile monthly invoices and assist with implementation of the.
• Ensure currency and compliance of all federal and state Human Resource laws (Section 125, COBRA. HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, Workmen’s Comp, etc) as they relate to the administration of all benefit plans and related plan documents
• Audit group benefits databases for accuracy and ensure employee eligibility and benefit information is accurate
• Build and maintain vendor relationships as they pertain to resolving employee questions, disputes, and invoice accuracy
• Research, develop, and implement internal benefit administration procedures manuals

• Generate job requisitions, workforce announcements, perform background checks, screen and track applicants in E-recruit, perform, set up interviews, generate offer letters and Personnel Change Request (PCR) forms
