During my time at Thinking Hat, I established a solid grounding in the art and science of PR and gained a great passion for the industry. In early 2024 I was promoted to PR and Growth executive - helping win new business by working closely with leadership while simultaneously securing media placements for our clients. I worked with a number of amazing clients, including Amazon, UK fitness brand ((BOUNCE)), Dexory, and Wall Street English and my work was published in leading UK and international media including The Economist, The Financial Times, The Times, The Telegraph and many more. Working at Crosstown was my first real job in London. Stationed in both the Shoreditch and Greenwich stores, I continued perfecting my customer service skills. I also- Learned how to make many different kinds of coffee- Did stock takes- Played copious amounts of Steely Dan over the speakers

Loved this job and gained expertise in making smoothies and pretzels out of it. This Jamba was a joint store with an Auntie Annes, so I learned how to work on both sides of the store and gained some very valuable skills. - Perfected customer service voice, always made sure customers were happy- Helped train new employees, specifically on the Auntie Annes side- Retained large amounts of information, such as how to make every smoothie on the menu and how to make all the pretzels- Learned how to make pretzels and made some really delicious ones - Handled money, quickly picked up how to use the register system
