RESPONSIBILITIES:- Supervising five team members in testing team; Understanding of team members assigned projects and responsible for managing project expectations with respect to the team members’ project deliverable, quality and schedules. - Experienced in estimation of Project testing timelines and test Plan.- Assigns and verifies the work of the team in accordance with the test plan.- Trained new team members on testing processes, product and mentored them on writing test scripts more efficiently.- Work closely with Business Analyst(s), Software Engineer(s), Software Architect(s) to create test plans that define how functional requirements will be tested and accepted.- Develop test plan and test cases.- Carry out the functional system testing.- Identify the bug and suggest possible bug fix.- Report work progress on a regular basis to the Project Manager.
