Currently managing production planning and fulfilment teams, for both short and long term, responsible for all aspects of the SCH including production strategy, fulfilment planning, packaging’s modifications, industrial launches (requested by MKT or as internals improving solutions) and SL to BU clients, mainly distributors.Responsibilities include:•Training & overseeing the Supply Chain team. Advising on capacity issues and solutions•Managing ~$20M monthly WC budget, 50% in finished goods – 50% raw materials (packaging included)

- Logistics and operations responsible for all exports to USA & Canada, except those of Agro business.- Coordinator of all productions for USA & Canada, assuring the fulfillment of all FDA's regulations and CT-PAT protocols.- Responsible for demand planning processes, productions, cargo logistics, consolidation and shipping to the US & Canada from Argentina, Mexico and Brazil.- Responsible for inventory management not only for finish goods but also exclusive materials for the US Market, including our Warehouses at the US (Houston, TX & Monroe, NJ)- Responsible for the fulfilment of SLA with our customers.

Manufacture Bagley's cookies by supervising staff; organizing and monitoring work flow.Maintain work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.

Demand planningShort term demand planning (16 weeks) for the entire North region of Andina Argentina (Córdoba, Mendoza, San Juan, San Luis, Santa Fe, Entre Ríos - 175 SKUs 12 Warehouses & 22 locations). Multiple variable analysis (sales, climate, inventory status, consumer behaviour, etc.) to achieve or exceed forecast accuracy targetsActive role in S&OP daily and weekly meetings. Retournable bottle - Market development & Budget controlResponsible of anual commercial budget for developping the retournable bottle market and its control, according to marketing and sales strategies.

Packaging optimization through research, benchmark analysis and cost reduction techniques.Densification project developped in Argentina for the LAC in 2011 and extended to the rest of the vehicles manufactured at Santa Isabel Plant in 2012 (Renault Fluence, Renault Kangoo and Renault Symbol).
