He has a proven track record in opportunity generation, maturation, forming high performance teams and delivering results. HSSE is at the core of his way of working.ONE-Dyas has an important role to play to bring low-emission, secure and affordable hydrocarbons to Europe. We aim to produce across our entire portfolio with near-zero emissions by 2035. Concrete steps are being made across the portfolio, most prominently our N05-A wind-powered gas development in Dutch-German waters.

He has a proven track record in opportunity generation, maturation, forming high performance teams and delivering results. HSSE is at the core of his way of working.Aernout is responsible within the MT for ESG. ONE-Dyas has an important role to play to bring the ONE-Dyas portfolio towards a near zero GHG footprint as soon as possible and contribute to the wider activities and debate around this topic. Aernout was a member of the steering committee setting up the ONE-Dyas ESG strategy, He is am excited to now be responsible for its role out and implementation. Many good ideas have been implemented in the past already. The organization can build on those. Now on to near zero GHG emissions for our entire portfolio. -

It requires detailed geological and seismic evaluations (Petrel), as well as quick-look screenings of both exploration prospects and producing fields, with a high focus on value.A true mix of hands-off and hands-on day to day activities.Dyas is a non-operator and has a mixed portfolio of exploration, appraisal, development and producing assets in various stages of maturity. It holds assets in the UK, Dutch, and Danish North Sea (e.g. Buzzard, Golden Eagle, Catcher, Mariner, Stella, NL A&B Blocks), but also aims to grow in Norway and Malaysia. With a small, but highly experienced team, it ensures that the right decisions are taken to create maximum return for its shareholders.

Development Team Lead Bugan, Iron Duke And Selangkir FieldsBrunei Shell Petroleum Mar 2011 - May 2013Besides my job as a production geologist for the Bugan, Iron Duke and Selangkir fields, I was also the Maturation and Execution Team Lead for these fields with 5 direct reports. I was responsible for the hydrocarbon maturation and execution of three fields with a total resource base of 500 mmboe. During my tenure, some 80 mmboe resources were added through appraisal and in-field exploration drilling, leaving the team with another 2 years of value-add rig activity.
