My name is Xinyi (Lydia) Chen and I am a rising junior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill studying Media and Journalism with a minor in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. As a pre-law student, I'm interested in pursuing a career at the intersection of law, technology, and media. I am currently a Product Manager Intern at Sinovoice, where I'm working on improving AI-powered knowledge assistants and interactive product prototypes.At UNC, I am a member of the Honors Carolina program and have worked as an usher at Carolina Performing Arts. My passion for legal studies has led me to participate in mock trial competitions and intern at Yongqing Law Firm, where I gained valuable insights into the legal profession. Outside of class, I enjoy engaging in educational initiatives, having founded the 21st Century Edutainment Workshop to innovate education styles.I'm hoping to connect with professionals in the legal industry, particularly those working at the intersection of law, technology, and media. I'm also interested in exploring opportunities in product management and UX design within legal tech. My background in media, journalism, and philosophy, combined with my technical skills in programming and design tools, positions me uniquely to contribute to innovative projects that bridge the gap between law and technology.
