During my tenure at DefensePlacements, I was consistently promoted into roles of increasing responsibility, until ultimately becoming the Managing Director of the entire practice. In this capacity, I led a team of project managers, internet researches, and administrative support personnel. I obtained the designation of Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM), which is a certification program that was established in 1985 by MRI as a way to highlight its standout recruiters' achievements. Those who hold the CSAM certification are recognized as leaders who rank consistently at the top of their profession. I built my practice by being committed to delivering excellence and pursuing continuous professional development, and is accustomed to delivering only the highest quality of customer service.

I provided leadership and strategic direction for a growing Christian church in Northwest Florida. My responsibilities included expository preaching, teaching, pastoral counseling, administration, financial management, leadership development, and long-range strategic planning.I was primarily responsible to be an exceptionally compelling, creative communicator of the Scriptures in ways that eliminate hurdles to Christ, all the while challenging the thinking of the community.
