Current- Manage time off schedules for 4 employees to ensure coverage of their accounts
- Use of Concur to report travel expenses of myself and my employees
- Use of Microsoft Outlook to schedule meetings for Premier's Directors (5+ individuals)
- Point of contact for all delivery and inventory issues
- Daily communication with freight services to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery options
- Manage inventory recommendations including scheduling and costs of replenishment
