I am a Data Validator at EIMS, a leading provider of environmental information management solutions. I graduated from Mindanao Kokusai Daigaku with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems in 2019. My core competencies include data validation, quality assurance, database management, and reporting.Before joining EIMS, I worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Sutherland, a global business process outsourcing company, for over three years. I was responsible for conducting preliminary interviews, selecting individuals, determining the best account for them, and discussing employment offers. I also served as a program point of contact, liaising with clients and internal stakeholders. I developed and applied my skills in recruiting, hiring, new hire orientations, communication, and customer service. I am motivated by the opportunity to use my data validation and recruiting skills to support EIMS's mission of delivering reliable and accurate environmental data to its clients. I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked in different industries and cultures.
