- Built out high level and detailed data mapping requirements as part of our BRD and FRD for the migration of client data from legacy .Net systems to Salesforce.com objects and fields and from salesforce classic to lightning - Elicited functional and non functional requirements by facilitating interview sessions and team workshops to isolate and solve ambiguous requirements- Conducted JAD sessions with stakeholders by leveraging visual aids in order to identify reporting gaps and opportunities for improvement during reporting migration- Training of end users on the targeted and concise reporting developed by the BI team through facilitating workshops and client presentations.
