I have worked in the Real Estate Industry for 21 years. I started as a Real Estate Agent then transitioned into a Broker/Owner in 2006 specializing in REOs (Real Estate Owned)/Investor Owned properties. In 2010, purchased my first RE/MAX Franchise. Which I grew to 20 agents and purchased a second RE/MAX Franchise in 2014. 2015 became the VERY first Motto Mortgage Franchisee & and played a lead role in transition working along side Founders and Executives. 2016, grew my office to 40 agents. 2017, partnered up with my Cousin (ER Doctor - Austin, TX) and purchased two more RE/MAX franchises. I identified, managed and designed all offices. Grew offices to 65 agents in 2019 with average of 4.5 million in volume per agent. 2020, opened Title, Home Inspections & Home Improvement. In 2021, Property Management and had a new concept for a Café and opened in 2022. In 2021 dealing with the challenges of the market in result of the pandemic... I had an idea for a new way of transacting real estate. From that point on I had a goal to transition out of the day to day operations of the businesses. In 2023, my Business Partner and I did not see eye to eye so I decided to retire my interests in those businesses to solely focus my time on launching the app. During my career I am grateful that I was able to help the many individuals & businesses along their journey as they did for me on mine. I am motivated by helping others. By doing so, I believe I will have everything I need.
