She is responsible for marketing, business development, client engagement, company culture and financial management. Growing up as a native to the Fort Worth area and with a father in construction, Ashley was destined for her current role despite her initial career focus. Graduating from Texas A&M with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, and a Certificate in Retailing, construction wasn’t exactly in her career path. However, life had different plans and now with 11 years in the industry, she has loved every minute of it. Her wide range of experience since joining the construction industry brings a skill set to the business that is rare, but highly advantageous. She has worked in sales, marketing, customer relations, recruiting, estimating and project management. Ashley is heavily involved with CREW Fort Worth (Commercial Real Estate Women) where she served as a board director for 6 years, was President of the chapter in 2021 and currently chairs the communications committee. She is a graduate of the CREW Network 2020 Leadership Certificate Program and is the recipient of the 2015 CREW Future Leader award and the 2023 Susan A. Halsey Excellence in Leadership award. She currently serves as Chairman of the Board for Cuisine for Healing, a local non-profit, is a member of the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth where she is the Chair for the Annual Meeting, and is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Texas. Ashley lives in Fort Worth, Texas with her Husband and two sons. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, live music, dancing and binge-watching tv.
