I have worked 6 years at my personal cleaning business, but have 2 extra years of experience in that field. My customers were always very satisfied with the work I provided, as I was on time and honest. I learned a lot through the years of doing my own scheduling and billing.I have also worked as a Customer Service Manager at Bob's Food City for a year and handled many complaints from customers. I was able to help the customers leave with a smile even when they came in irate. I learned how to manage and work in a high-stress environment with a smile and a positive attitude. Something else I have enjoyed doing is working as a teacher online for adults and children alike. Here I was able to improve my skills as a teacher and help each student personally with their strengths and weaknesses. My approach as a teacher is to not forget that each student is different and they all learn differently. Therefore, I like to tailor each lesson to the students, even if I have two students in a class, I want to make sure they each get the same amount of learning out of the lesson. Currently working as a CSR at Arvest Bank and am always looking for new opportunities in the work from home business.
