  I represent employers in discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination claims in federal and state courts. I also counsel employers on litigation avoidance techniques, ranging from structuring of employee handbooks to prompt and decisive investigation and resolution of workplace disputes and in a variety of employment practices. I am a Master of the William J. Holloway, Jr., American Inn of Court, serving for many years on its Executive Committee. I served as President of the Oklahoma City Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. I served for many years as a volunteer attorney for Oklahoma Lawyers for Children and, in 2006, received the Oklahoma County Bar Association Pro Bono Award. I served as a Commissioner on the City of Oklahoma City's Historic Preservation Commission from 2013 - 2021. I currently serve on the Board of Directors of the Historic Neighborhoods Security Association, Inc. and I am the chairman of the Board of Directors of the Shartel Boulevard Development Authority, Inc.
