    I started at Cityscape by doing their digital and social media marketing. By 2020, I ended up getting my real estate license and I am now a real estate agent in Toronto. While I started working with Cityscape doing their digital marketing, blog posts, and digital ads I ended up being part of the management team on a full-time basis in 2020. During my time as part of the management team, I was responsible for developing and creating digital video webinars and educational content for our brand-new LXP – EdCast – to educate agents and keep them up to date. This was particularly important to digitize our trainings which were always done in person, but because of COVID-19, we pivoted to video and we needed to quickly learn how to we can utilize our new video content for future use. Our small but mighty team would develop content ideas, write scripts, record and edit our videos. Another responsibility was managing the training schedule and digital marketing for the brokerage and their agents. I would also research which skills the agents needed more training on and find internal management sources, outside experts, and even do the training for topics I was educated in (E.G. - social media marketing, personal branding etc.).
