With a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and a specialization in Neuropsychology, I am at the forefront of clinical research that seeks to leverage human cognitive mechanisms to advance technology-driven solutions aimed at enhancing well-being and mental health. My work includes cognitive and psychological testing, clinical applications able to alter cognition (e.g., psychedelics, brain stimulation, hypnosis), and identifying relationships between biomarkers and outcomes. Most recently, I have been working on large-scale digital health platforms as modalities for delivering interventions.Working towards board certification in clinical neuropsychology, I provide neuropsychological services focused on clarifying the link between mood, behavior, and cognitive functioning. I have also worked in academic medical settings specializing in neurological, neurosurgical, and neurodevelopmental disorders. I am particularly interested in applying clinical expertise for technological health solutions that are effective, scalable, and impactful.As an educator at Stanford and Palo Alto University, I have taught courses (both in-person and virtually) to cohorts of undergraduate students, graduate students, and psychiatry residents. Teaching has taught me communication skills and instilled in me an excitement about sharing information. With my students' benefit in mind, I designed my approach to emphasize teamwork and develop curiosity and interest to contribute to these rapidly evolving fields.
