Work responsibilities:• Studying tender documents clearly, preparing all required technical clarification, and identifying the tender scope of work and commercial conditions. • Participation in per-bid site surveys and meetings to acquire the required knowledge of the project.• Preparing RFQ from vendors, following up with the suppliers, negotiating with the suppliers, and evaluating to archive suitable technical & commercial offers.• Preparing cost estimation sheets with the associated team. • Putting together and printing technical and commercial offers. • Preparing budget sheets and handing over all the awarded projects to the operation team.

Work responsibilities:• Design PV systems using software (e.g. AutoCAD, Sketchup and PV system)• Perform electrical calculations to size equipment, cables, conduits, etc.• Assists in Testing and commissioning of PV systems.• Issue bills of quantitates (BOQ) and technical specs for PV components.• Technical offers in Tenders and meet requirements of RFP (Request for proposal).• Communicate with clients regarding solar system and design.• Communicate with Electrical Authority.• Perform Site visits.

Work responsibilities:• Conduct engineering site audits to collect structural, electrical, and related site information for use in the design of residential or commercial solar power systems.• Design or coordinate design of photovoltaic (PV) or solar thermal systems, including system components, for residential and commercial buildings.• Create checklists for review or inspection of completed solar installation projects.• Create electrical single-line diagrams, panel schedules, or connection diagrams for solar electric systems using computer-aided design (CAD) software.• Create plans for solar energy system development, monitoring, and evaluation activities.• Develop design specifications and functional requirements for residential, commercial, or industrial solar energy systems or components.• Perform computer simulation of solar photovoltaic (PV) generation system performance or energy production to optimize efficiency.• Provide technical direction or support to installation teams during installation, start-up, testing, system commissioning, or performance monitoring.• Preparing technical and commercial offers.
