- Lead the development and implementation of HSE practices and procedures for the SMO activity set.- Provide an independent view of risk and compliance- Coach leadership in driving safe, compliant and responsible operations by advising in meeting SMO HSE Policies, Standards, Practices and Guidelines, and legal requirements- Develop and then verify and monitor the delivery of Annual HSE Plan- Develop and implement and annual Health & Safety verification plan to assure compliance and drive risk reduction & performance improvement, action close out and key lessons learned communication- Work with contractors to assure that contractor management satisfactorily address all safety issues, including management systems, and risks associated the SMO activity set- Verify SMO compliance with HSE Policy, health and safety essentials of SMO Operating Management System Framework, and Safe Systems of Work- Verify that SMO HSE standards are being rigorously applied- Assure the delivery of SMO HSE reporting in accordance with SMO reporting requirements - Manage implementation of regulatory compliance within SMO with respect to H&S and environmental regulations- Prepare HSE training plans, training material and deliver training courses as required

- Act as a focal point for platform package of the Apsheron EPS Project- Review all HSE Project Documentation- Coordinate HSE Project deliverables following established planning- Act as a single point of contact for all Health issues on Apsheron EPS Project within platform package - Support the Project team with emergency response capability related to HSE- Manage and coordinate the work of Offshore HSE advisors and Lifting advisors on board of Gurban Abbasov vessel- Support Constriction & Installation Manager with timely delivery of HSE Objectives- Participate in operational and HSE meetings with Contractors and Subcontractors. - Carry out offshore and onshore site visits, Management walkarounds- Participate in HSE audits and inspections for the project needs.

- Provide technical content for pre‐qualification and RFP questionnaires.- Interpret Group & Regulatory mandated requirements for changes to contractor safety management program.- Work with contractors to finalize Bridging documents and HSE plans and verify compliance with HSSE section of the contract.- Participate in Contractor HSE MS Audits as a Lead or team member.- Act as HSE Tag for identified contractors.- Share best practice with segment wide contractor safety management community.- Provide technical expertise on PPE related questions- Act as Contract Accountable Manager (CAM) for the regional PPE contract by holding Contractor accountable for delivery of operational performance. - Monitoring spend on the contract by ensuring Purchase Orders have sufficient funds to perform the work and ensuring the spend does not exceed the total contract value.

- Issue and maintain HSE‐related procedures and guidance. Provide technical content in thedevelopment of HSE procedures‐ Implement and maintain offshore common safety systems and processes.‐ Act as HSE Tag for identified contractors developing, maintaining and managing the relevant HSEBridging documents and HSE Plans including participating in the relevant H&S Management Systemaudit process including managing the closure of any resulting findings and/or actions;‐ Under the direction of the COW/Safety Systems Lead provide HSE assurance on identified processesand procedures;‐ Support Incident Investigations as required to determine root causes and development of correctiveactions and coordinate responses with line leadership.‐ Lead periodic HSE self‐verification assessments on sites to verify that a safe and compliant workingenvironment is being maintained, people are appropriately trained and competent in the work theyconduct, and that current work practices are in line with the approved procedures.‐ Provide support on the interpretation of different HSE legal and regulatory requirements andassessing likely applicability to activities providing HSE technical expertise on HSE compliance relatedactivities

‐ Provide health and safety specialist expertise and authoritative advice to offshore/onshore Operations,leading the research and peer group involvement to ensure a comprehensive response.‐ Implement and maintain offshore common safety systems and processes with regard to the planningof work, hazard identification, risk assessment and risk reduction measures to allow work to becompleted safely without injury to persons, plant or the environment in compliance with BP Groupstandards and guidance, OMS and AGTR Document Management process including identifyingopportunities for continuous improvement;‐ Act as HSE Tag for identified contractors developing, maintaining and managing the relevant HSEBridging documents and HSE Plans including participating in the relevant H&S Management Systemaudit process including managing the closure of any resulting findings and/or actions;‐ Provide HSE assurance on identified processes and procedures;‐ Under direction of AGTR Operations and Wells Director act as an HSE Incident Investigator;Participating in Incident Investigations as a Root Cause Specialist to determine Immediate and SystemCauses and develop Corrective Actions.

- Provide leadership and support for QHSSE function in Azerbaijan ensuring Weatherford management systems are in place for all operations to meet legal, business and corporate requirements.- Ensure all applicable legislation and client requirements are identified, communicated and complied with. - Maintenance of the Weatherford IMS including the development and implementation of Azerbaijan specific processes to assist management to control and manage operations in accordance with IMS.- Support and advise on investigation and reporting of accidents, incidents, unsafe acts or significant deviations from Weatherford EEP policies, procedures and HSE standards.Coordination and implementation of Weatherford QHSSE corporate strategies and standards in Azerbaijan.

Develop managers’ awareness and ensure HSE is an integral part Management responsibilities and objectives.Assist the Location/Country Manager in: • Reducing accidents and Assessing the risks • Establishing, implementing and improving the QHSE Management System • Liaising with local clients, contractors, and agencies regarding HSE • Generating and implementing Location/Country standards and procedures, • Implement occupational health programs and procedures.- Ensure that all accidents and non-conformances are properly notified, investigated, reviewed and followed up, and to participate in investigations of major failures and accidents. - Lead the Management System audit program and verify compliance with company standards.

- Implement environmental management programs in the Caspian Region- Ensure that Regional procedures for compliance with local environmental regulations, and with internal standards are current. - Conduct Environmental assessments in the locations in Caspian Region (Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan). - Ensure that the Environmental Performance Indicators for all sites are reported, and are reviewed for accuracy every month. - Liaise with clients, third party subcontractors, and agencies regarding environment issues and other QHSE issues as required.
