E3 Business is a Multilanguage e-learning school that is specialized in business content.Role:I started this business from scratch because I was the first person to be hired for this business unit. I did this by building the teams that worked in Egypt, Indonesia, and Nigeria, which included a product manager, software development manager, digital marketing manager, eLearning development manager, HR supervisor, and accountant. I also oversaw the creation of the marketing strategy, which included the development of the product and communication strategies, along with creating the budget, directing the creation of the content and building the software product, and projecting sales before the product is promoted on digital channels and integrated with a marketing automation platform.Achievement: • Producing more than 170 courses in 4 languages (Indonesian, English, French, and Arabic) • Getting the product built (web and mobile app) and launched in the Indonesian language;• Establishing the digital presence of E3 business for all 4 languages on 4 digital channels;• Finishing the integration with the marketing automation platform (Webengage).
