As an experienced Administrative Support Specialist in the Department of Quality Assurance at Foundation University, I have been an integral part of a dynamic team working towards common goals. My daily tasks include assisting the Manager with day-to-day activities, responding to emails, and establishing linkages between national and international organizations for collaboration. I am responsible for arranging the signing of Memorandums of Understanding between organizations, organizing conferences, seminars, workshops, and training, as well as compiling data for DQA on various activities.I also prepare presentations for DQA reports and meetings, submit data for the DQA website and keep it up to date. Additionally, I compile information for the DQA Score Card and draft minutes, notifications, and letters as required. As a former employee of Sanwa Trading Corporation (STC), a wholesaler supplier of surgical equipment, I gained valuable experience in communication, time management, and documentation activities. In this role, I supported the manager in preparing reports, writing emails to clients, and managing phone calls.
