Noticing a lack of personalized online supports during the pandemic, I secured a $3000 grant from the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development to start a business that solved this issue. With mentorship from the Cornwall Business Enterprise Centre, I launched marketing campaigns and registered my business, designing promotional materials using Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite. I presently manage a team of 7+ students to deliver over 1800 hrs. of K-12 educational STEM and ESL tutoring services remotely across Canada and the world using MSFT Azure and Teams. I also operate and maintain my business website, www.mathematech.ca.

Elected to represent over 27,000 students in the Eastern Ontario region, I regularly provide the Upper Canada District School Board with reports during biweekly meetings. Appointed as Chair of Student Senate, I've facilitated discourse for 45 student representatives on topics like STEM education, AI in classrooms, and mental health supports. I've led a consultation session with the board’s Director of Education to gather student opinion on school bell time changes and benefit to sleep schedules.On the tech side, I've also revamped our Senate by-laws to implement a ranked-choice electronic ballot system for future student trustee elections using JavaScript, allowing for an increased number of candidates to run and ensure their voices are heard.
