 Technical Lead, managing more than 2000+ customer networks, responsible for handling escalation cases and dealing with critical customers. The technology landscape includes ADSL, ISDN, Ethernet Flex Circuits, Frame Relay, MPLS, IPSEC VPN and IP Telephony.  WAN/LAN diagnostics on customer network comprising of various technologies such as ISDN, Frame Relay, ADSL, ATM etc. and routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP etc).  Solving WAN issues related to Routing, Latency, QOS, Intermittent connectivity etc. Solving LAN issues: - STP, VLAN, VTP, Port Channel, Stack Switches, etc. Supporting Field Engineers for License transfer, Firmware upgrade, LAN/WAN diagnostics etc. Co-ordinate with PE and other related teams to resolve complex issues. Configuring network change requests raised by customer and implementing the same by co-ordinating with Customer IT helpdesk. To find reason for outages (RFO’s) for chronic issues and suggesting improvement/upgrades. Sound Knowledge of Quality Process, according to the ITIL terminology, which is a Framework for British Standards.

 Team member IP provisioning works for Enterprise Circuits Configuration and Management under service delivery. Take responsibility for the implementation (circuit ordering and provisioning) of service(s) as defined by the customer official order (external customer) or officially sanctioned internal works order (internal customer). Manage the overall circuit implementation of required service(s), including operations support, where relevant. Configuration and allocation ports and Vlan allocation to new Customer depending on POP location on switches. Configuration STP features, port security, port speed, customer’s Migration and termination of services Implementation of a new switch in a ring at POP location, initial configuration, documentation and co-ordination with field team. Manage and provide feedback to the customer (internal or external) as required throughout the implementation phase. Hands on Telecom devices works on SDH/Sonet technologies including Huawei, Tejas, Ciena etc.
