Overall responsibility for management of Airing, Receiving, Streaming and Decoding equipment lies with the position.Align antenna with receiving dished to obtain the clearest signal or transmission of broadcasts from the field locations.Monitor and log transmitter readings.Maintain programming logs as required by the station management.Command and Control Communications, transmissions, or broadcasting equipment.Set up and operate portable field transmission equipment outside the studio (DSNG+OB).Designing and commissioning of Core infrastructure.Assigning duties to Communication staff, managing their roaster and providing SOPs.Motivate team for troubleshooting, equipment's preventive maintenance, following SOPs, etc. for effective and efficient output.

Provide 24/7 operational and maintenance support of all the equipment needed to support the satellite transmission and Control room Operations.Coordinating, frequency assigning to different DSNG’s active in other cities, as well giving online technical supportProvide Technical Support on Telephone to the hub sites.
