Oversees all of the organization’s fundraising and manages relationships with Wellbeing Initiative’s financial partners. Builds relationships with individuals, families, recovery support communities, healthcare organizations, first responders, and hospitals as well as provide assistance and education with system navigation and recovery. Moving college from dream to reality that’s the power of scholarships to our students.The Director of Development works with the MCC Foundation, the College, and all local 4 county community partners to strategically plan, organize, and direct all of MCC Foundation’s fundraising – including major gifts, annual giving, planned giving, special events, and Capital Campaigns. • Designs a comprehensive Annual Development strategy, identifying goals, funding targets, and tactics. • Provides fundraising, sponsorship, and alumni relations oversight and management, including supervision of alumni and annual giving associate. • Researches and analyzes corporate, individual, and alumni donors to understand their capacity and philanthropic interests and engagement. • Prepares and presents proposals or gift agreements, including major gifts, planned gifts, and annual or capital campaigns.• Meets regularly with the MCC Marketing team to define and execute Annual Campaign materials and donor/alumni solicitations and communications to ensure donor-centric wording and philanthropic relevance. • Leads the maintenance of the MCC Foundation webpages.• Works with the Foundation team to develop and maintain donor communication materials. • Supports the Annual MCC Foundation Scholarship Reception and other events.• Represents the Foundation on various College councils, committees and community committees as assigned.
