We strive to build lasting relationships with each customer by providing communications solutions that increase business efficiency. • Provide IT project support and maintain the tracking of detailed tasks in project interfaces• Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives• Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and other project events, distribute agendas, and document meeting minutes• Handle general administration duties such as running and distributing standard reports, maintaining procedural documentation, meeting preparation and support• Make certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.• Follow the project management process and ensure that required project deliverables are provided (project schedule, work flow and specifications, etc.)• Manage departmental documentation and update seniors with weekly status reports that include project issues, risks, achievements, decisions and status• Handle issues, risks and critical issues as needed.
