Since 2018 I remotely work (part time) as external Deputy Head of the Research and Innovations Department of my alma mater. Managing the Olympic construction projects in Sochi, home of Winter Olympics 2014.Main duties: coordination and management of the Olympic investment projects (sports venues); control of the fulfillment of the investment contracts; control of the realization of mandates and commissions of the President of Russia, Government, federal ministries, the president, board of directors, and supervisory commission of SC Olympstroy, other regulatory and controlling bodies; organizing and running interdepartmental workgroups. Main duties: inspecting and supervising all commercial banks in the Republic on the issues of foreign currency operations and international trade, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing - including a broad spectrum of international operations and funds transfers (commercial and private), and everything concerning foreign currency circulation (imports, exports, international credits and investments, wiring transfers, currency exchange, personal and business deposits and accounts in foreign currency and precious metals), also internal control procedures and IT security; coordination of the inspection groups; preparation of various analytical papers; processing the statistical reports from commercial banks; IT security administration of the Department (defending banking secrecy and other sensitive information).

Main duties: Inspecting all banks in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic on issues of foreign currency control (international trade, int. credits, wiring transfer, capital operations, etc.), internal control procedures, anti-money laundering, anti-terrorist financing. Also preparation and analysis of statistical reports from all banks for the Central Bank of Russia.

Main duties: advising and consulting on issues of civil law and labour law, preparing contracts, translating various contracts and documents, interpreting for the foreign lecturers on seminars and conferences.
