Responsible for improving university access for students from geographical areas of high deprivation and low university enrolment, as well as under-represented communities. Provided comprehensive information about the University’s degree programs, special programs, and admissions criteria. Initiated projects improved enrolment by 8%.Consolidated data for computerized information systems and monitoring of outreach activity. Developed and coded data platforms and dashboards for program monitoring with Microsoft Excel to construct reports and merge data.Developed and supervised peer mentoring programs with student Equity Ambassadors. For example, a practice interviews equity program to aid under-represented university applicants. Participant confidence increased by 38%, with a 56% improvement in both preparedness and understanding of skills required for university interviews.
