- Ensuring compliance with data privacy laws in Indonesia when developing and implementing policies and processes for handling personal data;- Fostering a data protection culture among employees and communicating personal data protection policies to stakeholders;- Managing personal data protection-related queries and complaints;- Alerting management to any risks that might arise with regard to personal data; and- Liaising with the authorities on data protection matters, if necessary.

✓ Working directly with Danacita’s top-level management team to help advise on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations in Indonesia, especially related to fintech P2P lending;✓ Providing general legal advice in line with the company’s day-to-day operational needs, including general corporate, employment, data and privacy protection, corporate actions, etc.;✓ Drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents in relation to any partnership, transactions, or other business matters; ✓ Building and maintaining good relations with key government institutions, including but not limited to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Indonesian Joint Funding Fintech Association (AFPI)✓ Acting as the Data Protection Officer (DPO); and✓ Acting as the Coordinator for ISO 27001's implementation and evaluation.

ILSA is a student organization that provides a wide range of activities for students to develop their knowledge of international law through legal article writing and moot court competition. ILSA Headquarter in Washington D.C is the organizer of the biggest moot court competition in the world, Phillip C. Jessup Moot Court Competition. ILSA Chapter is one of chapters around the globe, there are more than 100 Chapters to date.✓ Leading the team of 20 people for the establishment of ILSA Chapter and more than 50 people to develop the organization and deal with the bureaucracy as well as participating in international moot court competitions;✓ Creating practice methods for moot court competitors; and✓ Develop collaboration with other ILSA Chapters in Indonesia and other countries.
