Our comprehensive offerings align with our commitment to sustainable practices, ensuring that our projects contribute meaningfully to both environmental conservation and overall sustainability goals.Responsibilities:• To identify new revenue-generating opportunities that will enhance and promote PT Telesys Indonesia’s Mission & Vision• Define, develop and implement both short-term and long-term goals for sales, marketing, and business growth.• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. • Communicate marketing and business development strategies to senior leadership.• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall company objectives.

• Provide basic research support, conduct data analysis, prepare supporting materials in the form of presentation, datasets, or document.• Design community development projects or initiatives based on research findings.• Collaborate with community members and stakeholders to ensure projects align with local needs.

• Develop a professional infrastructure and an open, creative and dynamic working spirit and also delegate responsibilities and roles to colleagues and is responsible for maintaining a dynamic team.• Be a facilitator to connect between team with stakeholders to develop ideas and collaborate with different actors to co-create some innovative programs.• Ensure the team for a high quality project implementation, write and review the reports, conduct monitoring and evaluation services.

• Provide basic research support, conduct data analysis, prepare supporting materials in the form of presentation, datasets, or document.• Assist the research team in the planning, coordination and administration of research projects activity implementation; starts from designing curriculum for youth training with training facilitator, organizing the youth training, and monitoring post program designed by training alumnae after the training. • Prepare minutes of meetings (internal and external) to be circulated to the team. • Prepare travel itineraries and travel advances, payment/transfer request as needed, and financial report of data collection process to the Finance Manager.

• Responsible to create and realize program for youth development.• Organize project meeting• Engage stakeholder for supporting project such as Education Authorities, local champion and youth community• Prepare travel itineraries and travel advances, payment/transfer request as needed, and financial report of data collection process to the Finance Manager.

• Provide basic research support, conduct data analysis, prepare supporting materials in the form of presentation, datasets, or document.• Assist to communicate with humanitarian movement partner such as International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Society (IFRC), and Partnership National Societies (American Red Cross, Australian Red Cross, Japan Red Cross, Turkey Red Crescent etc).• Deliver Report on the identification of the relation between PMI with other components (IFRC, ICRC, and other national Societies), Recommendation to strengthen international relations management, Concept plans for new function units or teams to maintain international relations, Roadmap for enhancing the role of PMI in the international network, and Consultancy Report and technical assistance to apply recommendations for strengthening the Role – involvement and engagement- and Reputation in the international network.

• Be class facilitator in elementary school• Collaborate with all layer of societies, people from government, and NGO to make a sustainable program for education (including for being trainer for the teachers, making a cooperation with volunteers in North Aceh, and negotiating with the government to support our program).• Engage with community to increase their awareness of education through socialization by personal approach

Do administrative work, classify the lecturer research, manage students of university who wanted to do community services.

Do the Administrative work, prepare meeting and prepare a letters for the Indonesian government and other Countries.

Teach English for students from elementary school until being English Teacher trainer.
