Audrey F.D. Welch is a Certified Scrum Master, musician and freelancer with Southern California Media Group, serving as the Manager of Digital Programs for Performances Magazine and Performances+; the leading theater program network for the performing arts in Southern California, reaching more than 6.2 million audience members annually at more than 20 performing arts venues. For twenty years, Audrey has held a variety of roles dedicated to helping others learn how to shine. From teaching singers to use their voice to helping executives find their voice, she has crafted a truly unique professional skill set.Her attention to detail for projects and business led to a number of roles including, teaching 'VOX' and 'Little Wing' at School of Rock and Director of Education at John Robert Powers. Audrey was also a Virtual Receptionist at Intelligent Office and she facilitated and implemented launches of 'Local' and 'National' Editions of Catholic Online. While at General Electric [GE], she published a Global Training Curriculum and reduced order booking cycle time by 46%. Audrey's passion to create a product that is 'intuitive to learn and requires minimal training' was integral to InspireHUB winning the 2018 Business Award in Innovation. While working as the Business Solutions Manager, Executive Assistant, Engagement Trainer & Coordinator (as well as the informal Mandatory Fun Officer) at InspireHUB; Audrey divided her days between Project Management, Product Training, Customer Support, Q/A and Technical Support, Administration, Marketing and Sales. Audrey obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts, Music Performance from Texas Tech University [BFA] and with different organizations, performed at a variety of locations, including the Texas Music Educators Association [TMEA], The Association of British Choral Directors [ABCD] and the American Choral Directors Association [ACDA]. Since 2012, Audrey has been a member of the Kansas City Symphony Chorus, singing as Second Soprano and also serves on the Board of the Kansas City Symphony Chorus, as Communications Chair. As well as being a Certified Scrum Master, Audrey also holds an Information Mapping Professional [IMP] Certification and a Lean Six Sigma; Green Belt Certification.
