Maintain proper document control system for all project documents, HR, time sheets, pay roll, mobilization and demobilization of staffs. Prepare leave schedule for staff. Resolve administrative problems by coordination preparation of reports, data analysis and identifying solutions. Introduce to clients on latest available GIS Products and Services. Prepare project presentations for clients. Schedule Client meetings to introduce company’s current available latest Web GIS Applications and existing softwares. Arranging technical meetings of customers with programmers from company. Monitoring the GIS Services and Installation of software for the client. After sales service and coordination.
