As a coding instructor, I taught over 280 primary education students fundamental programming and technical skills during the DEMI Summer course. This program spanned 3 months, with a combination of 165 online hours and 150 offline hours.Delivered engaging lessons on programming concepts tailored for young learners.Followed up with students regularly to track progress and provide individualized support.Conducted assessments to evaluate student understanding and compiled reports on their performance, offering feedback and suggestions for improvement.Incorporated interactive exercises to make learning fun and applicable to real-life tech scenarios.Worked closely with the program team to ensure smooth course delivery and successful student outcomes.This role allowed me to help shape the future of tech education for younger generations, empowering them with essential skills for tomorrow's digital world.
