Executive search tasks:- Assist German Project Leader to carry out industry&company research and find out their recruiting needs- Apply software like Mindmap and Mindmeister to prepare necessary Kick Off meeting files- Search the candidates by using a lot of channels: CC, recruitment websites, social mdeia, forums, personal networks and company database- Handle telephone interviews, video interview, test and face to face interview (along with our consultant).
