Designed, developed and presented high-level digital audits and strategies — both overarching and content specific —for client website projects (full redesigns and net new microsites) through synthesis of materials review, client discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, focus groups, SEO findings, and independent research. Clients include: University of Connecticut, Northeastern University, UC Berkeley, CSU System, Chico State University, Boise State University, St. Edward’s University, York College of Pennsylvania, Lehigh University, and Wittenberg University. Lead the collaboration with UX and UI designers to implement the strategic through-line across all areas of the project— including the design and creation of custom web components for clients libraries that were outside the agency’s standard pattern library, and the creation of web standards and guidelines deliverables that align with the client’s brand voice and tone —creating new, engaging, and innovative experiences for the .edu that are aligned with client identity. Recommend and implemented multi-level governance plans in collaboration with the Development team for client’s core web team, as well as external institutional web editors and other site stakeholders to ensure the post-launch success of client’s .edu redesign project and alignment with the institutional brand and establish the updated web identity. Developed 40-60 pages of copy per client project, recommended areas for expanded story-driven content and testimonials for crucial pages in the user journey, and developed content-driven workshops and discovery sessions to help clients create clarity around content creation.
