Our store sells an electrical item from Low Voltage to Medium Voltage, such as MCB, MCCB, Cable, Lamp, Overload, Contactor, and so forth. My role in this organization is enhancing the system of the retail store, in terms of the organization, human resources, suppliers, customers, profit, item stocks, and others.

- Assuring the equipment in the lab. which working properly and calibrated.- The first point of escalation when the problems of the lab. come up.

- Developing, updating and maintaining the software (HP Vee) and hardware of Test and Measurement Automation (TMA).- Providing the technical support (hardware and software) to the customer, and other department within the Company
