1. Lead on providing support to TRAFFIC's Project Catalyze in Malaysia which includes:• Organising and coordinating all event logistics including with vendors;• Supporting TRAFFIC’s working relationships with project’s key contacts and partners amongst governments, companies, NGO and other stakeholders; and• Supporting the development of training materials and learning assessments2. Assist in project implementation tasks related to TRAFFIC’s training and capacity building, including:• Maintaining and analysing information related to projects;• Donor reporting;• Prepare or contribute to production of reports3. Participate in national and international forums related to wildlife conservation on behalf of TRAFFIC’s work in Southeast Asia.

Responsible for assisting the Project Manager in administration tasks in Biodiversity Management Division regarding conservation programs in Malaysia.• Drafting reports and memos for managers, senior-level officers and Ministers as needed• Involved in various meetings and discussions regarding policy-making of wildlife conservation in Malaysia, especially Malayan Tiger• Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings as well as organising a filing system for important and confidential ministry document

• Involved in research paper publication in journal, application for animal ethics approval, research sampling and data analysis by using SPSS.• The job qualification requires applicant with at least Bachelor’s degree, good communication in Malay and English, and passionate in research field.• Gain new experience by working with professional researchers from local and other country (Indonesia) for research project and paper collaboration

Responsible to assist lecturers in practical teaching and research, and also conduct own research project for Master’s study.• Involved in research sampling, data collection, report writing and research presentation.• Attended international scientific conferences as a presenter in Medan, Indonesia and Kota Bharu, Kelantan.• Assisted undergraduate students in final year project (FYP) and research paper publication.

Responsible in conservation programme which is the the conservation of green sea turtle, Chelonia mydas in Terengganu.• Involved as a facilitator in annual conservation programme which is Terengganu Turtle Camp 2017.• Involved in various turtle and nature conservation activities such as beach patrolling, eggs hatching, beach profiling and shoreline tracing.• Lead a mini project to improvise the facility and infrastructure of the turtle sanctuary.
