Primary Role: • Direct and control the overall sales activities (Head Office and branches ) to ensure the achievement of the company’s short term and long term objectives.Responsibilities:• Develop marketing plans, sales forecast and budget and monitor all performance• Monitor profit performance through the compilation of detailed operating reports• Develop key customers strategies and monitor sales performance, revenue, customer’s relationship• Develop new business opportunities• Liase with other BDP offices and call for regional support• Establish and review pricing strategies internally and regionally• Utilize commence report to monitor and review marketing information systems• Analyze the market potentials in the region and assist the branch office in developing the business in order to meet the company’s overall target • Develop, guide and monitor direct subordinate to achieve optimal performance through coaching and counseling, conducting performance management, training and other developmental tools• Responsible for ensuring that BDP ‘s Managements System Standard are followed and enforced

• Ensure to meet the budget for monthly, quarterly and yearly budget (managing budget sales revenue usd 500.000/quarterly basis)• Maintain closely productive relationship with existing account to ensure revenue settled• Develops and implement tactic and strategy to maintain/expand account in order to hit quarterly target • Develop new business to generate sales revenue • Negotiation with customer for commercial department at certain level of authorities pricing• Monitoring payment each account in coordination with Finance Department to maximize sales revenue to achieve sales target• Review and monitor down trader , up trader, lapsed and lost customers• Doing presentation in the effort to win the business• Lead and manage overall sales function for the medium-large corporate account segments• Responsible for managing, leading and motivating inside sales team to achieve the targetThe job’s key is to contribute to the growth, profitability, and enlargement the market share of TNT Express Indonesia by Planning, Organizing, Penetrating, implementing in order to get Sales objectives.
