INFINEON TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD• Responsible in Equipment Automation Framework (EAF) and Equipment Data Acquisition (EDA) for all types of backend equipment at Infineon Technologies Melaka site• Responsible to handle CAPA and SDT project in equipment integration operation support.• Align with project manager to ensure all assigned tasks and activities are delivered and met the agreed plan schedule according to the ramp up activities' timeline.• Support system application.• Analyzed host logs to identify and troubleshoot errors and abnormalities, ensuring smooth operation of systems.• Respond to incident ticket and ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner.• Investigate incidents and troubleshoot issue by checking Equipment Automation Framework(EAF) and SECS/GEM(SEMI Standard) log file.• Monitor user environments for trends and problem via Total Fab Monitoring(TFM) application.• Configure EAF as per customer customize requirement and machine setup.• Negotiate with customer on the requirement and/or the solution.• Day to day operation task, such as resolve change request and any sudden plus urgent request.•Do any testing with end user if related to EAF and SECSGEM logfile.
