Current1). Facilitate appeal procedures for visa refusals by drafting and filing Administrative Reviews on behalf of clients. Regularly challenge decisions of the Home Office in relation to immigration applications of clients by way of Pre-Action Protocol. Assist the legal team in lodging Judicial Review claims by drafting grounds for review and making case bundles for claims in the Administrative Court and the Upper Tribunal Immigration and Asylum Centre. 2). Extensive experience in filing fee waiver applications to the Home Office for clients, online applications to the employment tribunal, sponsor licence applications, subject access request (SAR) applications and divorce applications to the Family Courts. Undertake extensive document review of witness statements, skeleton arguments, and case bundles for immigration and family matters. 3). Regularly liaise with the courts, tribunals and barrister chambers to enquire about listed hearings by telephone and email. Maintain regular contact with clients by email and telephone to respond to their enquiries and concerns. 4). Carry out general administrative tasks, which include managing sensitive files and documents for clients. Assist my seniors by regularly updating and maintaining electronic files, posting sensitive documents to the Home Office and chronologically drafting detailed events from documents of evidence by clients.
