MyCreative is a company set-up by the Malaysian Government to provide funding via loans & equities to Malaysian creative-related businesses.The relevant sectors are fashion design, traditional & cultural arts, visual arts, performing arts, music, literature, content creation, culinary arts, creative tech & creative education.Responsibilities include:- advising the CEO and Management directly on legal matters (contractual, intellectual property, corporate law related matters);- advising, drafting and reviewing legal documents in relation to MyCreative's divisions, namely, Debt Ventures, Private Equity, RIUH and the Cultural Economy Development Agency. - managing the company's Legal & Company Secretarial Department, both internally (among other departments - investment, monitoring, corporate affairs, governance & risk) & externally (with external lawyers and clients); and - involvement in business development activities of the company; connect the creative community to the company.- In addition to the Legal Department, I am actively involved in RIUH, a curated creative platform under the purview of MyCreative Ventures that commenced in August 2017.

Responsibilities in the Company encompasses:- managing the general legal, contract and corporate matters of the Company;- managing legal and statutory compliance; - overseeing company secretarial matters; - managing the Company's corporate communications, public relations and social media; and- planing business strategies for the brand's sustainability and expansion.

Tsyahmi concentrates on accessible luxury women’s ready-to-wear, as a preliminary to future design venture- led by internationally recognized, award-winning fashion designer, Tengku Syahmi.Responsible in reviewing, vetting and advising the fashion label's contractual, corporate law and communication-related issues.
