My role is to produce educational content with motion graphic about branding and design.

Talkabot is an application that helps customer service to work more effectively and efficiently. As a user experience designer, I've responsibility to make user that using Talkabot application feel as easy as possible. To achieve that goal, I conducted usability testing and interviewed users to improve the interface, using design sprints for developing new features, and communicate with the product and growth teams.Sometimes take part assisting for content creation and helping growth team to meet new and existing clients.
