Worked as MAS90 consultant as well as accounting support

Played a major role in re-engineering Treasury department, working with department heads to implement new policies & procedures to gain better control and more accuracy. Analyzed process for reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and developed process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Provided monthly budget analysis review. Researched and provided variance analysis to board members for monthly variances.

Provided final costs analysis on numerous construction projects developed by DRE. Compiled data for costs segregation for ESPN Zone construction projects. Created adhoc financial templates to determine costs associated with Disney Quest and ESPN Zone construction.

Responsible for tracking construction costs associated with the development of Universal Studios Japan constructed in Osaka, Japan. Created internal control procedures to track project costs more accurately and efficiently. Assisted CFO with development and maintenance of budgeted EFC for project. Reconciled project costs detail for budget increases as well as handled special projects. Compiled reports for quarterly “Gate” meeting for USJ management and Japanese officials. Created new procedures with Contracts Manager for tracking of contract payments to vendors. Served as liaison between MIS and USJ accounting group creating AD Hoc reports, resolving data integrity issues as well as downloading procedures
