My office is a judgment free zone! I see myself as that GPS system in your car. You’re in the driver’s seat, and you decide where you want to go. I will give you some direction, track you, guide you, recalculate with you, and help you reach your goals. You always have the choice to change routes or choose a different destination. If something doesn’t work for you, or you feel uncertain about it, or you don’t understand it, we’ll talk about it and try something different. You are your own best expert, and I will work to be the guide you need on your journey.

I am in private practice in St. Cloud, MN. I specialize in therapy for women experiencing issues of trauma, sexual assault, domestic violence, and life transitions. I also enjoy working with senior citizens on issues of staying independent and coping with life transitions.
