Current• Manage daily operations, customer relations, sales and marketing for outdoor recreation programs aimed at inspiring active and healthy lifestyles connected to nature and community• Present strategic recommendations to company leadership, implement new operational systems and policies, and execute improvement plans, achieving a 45% increase in service delivery and adding 4,500+ clients from 2017-2019• Create campaigns and materials to increase brand awareness, traffic and revenue: establish media relationships, write web and print content, manage email marketing and direct social media efforts• Founded and manage a social impact program to promote environmental sustainability and increase access to outdoor recreation among at-risk youth in NH through donations and partnerships with organizations such as The Chase Home for Children, the YMCA, Seacoast Youth Services and the Society for the Protection of NH Forests• Coordinate, promote and host joint-programs with local partners, resulting in a three-fold increase in strategic partnerships, including major brands, small businesses and non-profits• Directly manage the General Manager and indirectly oversee a team of 10 guides, cultivating an internal culture of community service
