Throughout my career I specialized in Software Engineering, Digital Products, Business Agility and People Management leading teams of 100+ professionals in the areas of technology, product and operations (Developers, Product Owners, PMs, Designers, Tech Leads, Managers). I have 20 years of experience as tech entrepreneur in which my last 10+ years have been fully dedicated to revolutionize how companies manage their finances and accountancy.My role requires me to drive the strategic planning, manage budgets, risks and resource allocations (millions of BRL magnitude), OKRs, take part in board meetings with investors, hire contractors and full-time employees, define roadmaps and take care of technical processes to ensure high-standard practices are adopted cross teams. Moreover, when necessary I dismiss my ego and roll up the sleeves to ship code to production.Regarding investment rounds, I've been involved in several stages: Angel, Seed, Series A and also non-refundable investments intended for innovation projects. My background includes acceleration by Google for Startups, Endeavor ScaleUp and Stone.co with names like Bob Dorf (in memoriam), André Street and Augusto Pierzynski.
