- Responsible for managing administrative tasks and organizational timelines, such as preparing agendas, minutes, reports, and correspondence.- Coordinating communication and cooperation between administrators, staff, and stakeholders of HIMA Accounting.- Organizing and supervising the planning and implementation of various events and activities.- Supervising and controlling the secretaries and treasurers of each division and the secretaries of each work program.

I am responsible as secretary and treasurer in Tax Education, such as making meeting summaries, event proposals, event requirement letters, planning and tracking budgets, managing cash flow, making financial reports, and communicating with the general secretary and general treasurer of the organization.
