- Conduct Workload Analysis (WLA) to determine efficient manpower requirements and improve overall operational efficiency for Paris Baguette.- Coordinate and recap Paris Baguette employee uniform deliveries for 2023-2024.- Verify operational vehicle cost claims to ensure accuracy and accountability.- Collect and analyze data on new hires for Bacha Coffee.- Identify and complete missing data in RNR, ensuring comprehensive and accurate records.

- Responsible for 6 heads of coordinator and 11 staff day-to-day operations of the region, ensuring that they align with the organization’s policies, standards, and procedures.- Effectively resolve regional issues and conflicts, ensuring smooth operations.- Serve as the advisor to the Project Director and Vice Project Director for regional and joint work programs.- Directing the execution of 5 events organized by the organization
