Throughout my internship, I had the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge acquired in academic settings to real-world scenarios, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in supporting individuals facing various challenges.One aspect of my internship involved conducting one-on-one counseling sessions with students, providing a safe and supportive environment for them to explore their thoughts, feelings, and concerns. Through active listening and empathy, I aimed to help students develop coping strategies, enhance self-awareness, and navigate personal and academic difficulties effectively.In addition to individual counseling, I also participated in group counseling sessions, facilitating discussions on topics such as stress management, interpersonal relationships, and self-care. Collaborating with peers and supervisors, I contributed to the design and implementation of workshops and programs tailored to the needs of the student population, promoting holistic well-being and personal development.
