To ensure quality control is at a satisfactory level, a QA/QC Engineer needs to be an expert in the production process of the product. For example, in the process of making an iron mold or welding- Metal stamping, QA/QC engineer needs to identify (fimilar) with the process in question. He needs to understand the process involved and what are the causes of the problem if there is a defect. For example: scratches caused by an imperfectly made mold. In the event of product quality damage, the QA/ QC Engineer is responsible for analyzing, studying and identifying the cause of the damage and taking control and improvement measures (cause and countermeasure).
