• Ensure timely and accurate issuance of billing, updating collection, submitting on monthly reporting, and reconcile accounts receivable ledger.• Compile and process information such as prices and transport rate.• Collaborating with internal teams, such as finance, operation and order processing documentation to coordinate billing activities effectively.• Processing sales invoices, debit note and credit note.• Addressing billing inquiries and resolving customer concerns related to invoices, payment discrepancies, or billing issues.• Maintain accounting record, SOA and invoices as per standard procedures.• Prepare P&L (Profit and Loss) reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.• Perform other ad hoc duties and special projects as requested.
